La Tribu Performance is one of the leading contemporary circus companies from Panama in Latin America. „MATMO“ is a creation between materialism and monsters. Floating in the air above a round stage, the solo performer moves in a delicate balance within a seemingly chaotic arrangement of huge metal tubes.In „IIIII“ choreographer and circus artist Sandra Hanschitz moves together with musician Joël Beierer and overcomes boundaries between contemporary dance, new circus and sound art. In the center of literally all-around attention: the Cyr-Wheel sets bodies in motion and plays with merciless dead weight – not least of all as a sound body.
