For free and outside! The Kick Off Weekend of the CircusDanceFestival gives new perspectives on architecture, bodies, and their movements in public space. The international acrobat trio Knot on Hands brings contemporary circus as ephemeral movements to the stairs, squares, and house walls around the Joseph-Haubrich-Hof. The French company Barks measures the areal space with the help of „The Pantographe“, an oversized futuristic apparatus. Come and witness a staging of weightlessness. In the White Cube of the Haus der Architektur, the dance-acrobatic gem "René" by the circus duo Sinking Sideways is waiting to be discovered.
