This year's festival edition is characterized by a close collaboration with artists from Catalonia, as part of Meridian(s) Catalonia-Germany. On Sunday, the 360° stage will be dedicated to four artists from Catalonia, selected by a four-member jury together with Catalan guest curator Zed Zanzu. Diana Gadish brings the clever and warm interactive performance ‘Handle with Care’ to the festival grounds using simple means. In the Come Closer Lab, five Catalan artists meet five Cologne students and together develop new movement patterns at the intersection of juggling, object manipulation and dance. And last but not least: On the opening night, Gina La Churry's grandiose feminist spectacle awaits us.
