Before the performance of ‘Möbius’, Lucia Nordhoff will guide us through a lively introduction. No dance experience is required for this open format. Everyone is welcome! The meeting point for participation is in the foyer of the Depot.
Lucia Nordhoff is an interdisciplinary artist and dance educator. She is particularly interested in the fusion of contemporary circus, dance and public space. She questions classic stage situations and creates forms of encounters. As part of the Unanim collective, she is presenting ‘Lower Level’ at the CircusDanceFestival, a site-specific performance at the KVB stop Heumarkt. As an educator, she focuses on a humorous approach to failure that becomes a resource for creative processes. In addition to her dance and circus practice, she is involved in somatic methods and is trained in the Feldenkrais Method. She is currently studying for a Master of Arts in Dance Education at the Cologne University of Music and Dance.
