This clown workshop invites participants to explore their own playfulness, vulnerability and authentic expression. Through movement and improvisation, we will discover how the clown embraces mistakes, lives in the present moment and transforms failure into connection and joy. The workshop offers a safe space to move beyond self-criticism, awaken spontaneity and connect deeply with yourself and others through humor and humanity.
No experience is required—only curiosity and a willingness to play, move, laugh and be surprised.
